Simtra International is a ship operating company based in Dubai established in 2010. Simtra is part of a diversified business group having interest in real estate, trading of minerals, chemicals, shipping and transportation. We are serving most of the major cement, steel and power plants, trading houses, for movement of their raw materials and finished products namely Limestone, Iron ore fines and pellets, Bauxite, Coal, Metcoke, Cokebreeze, Cement in (bags/bulk), Clinker, Steel coils, Soda ash, Wheat, Agri-products and even project cargoes. We have various long and short COA's with afore mentioned industries which are performed by MBC's, Handy, Supramax, Panamax and Kamsarmax tonnages fixed on TCTs, Short & long periods.As part of our expansion plan and as a strategic investment, we have also ventured into mining operation through stake purchases into Aggregate and Coal mine, expecting sizeable volume of cargo to be moved with this new venture. The ship operating division achieved a turnover of US$ 10 million in the intial year, which has been gradually increasing and in the current fiscal year we expect to achieve a turnover of over US$ 25 to 35 Million and once all our projects are started, it will touch close to USD 75-100 million.
